In combination with a tour to the splendid Chianti countryside it will be possible to add  a visit of about a couple of hours, to the incredibly charming, medieval town of  San Gimignano,  which is still incredibly so well preserved and  that with its ancient walls, churches, palaces and its many narrow, little alleys  flanking the main streets and squares,  it will give you the feeling to have stepped back  right into the middle ages again ! Besides that, its many nice shops ranging from ceramic to leather goods and local products will give you also the opportunity to properly  “refine your shopping”
Tour  8  A)  San Gimignano - Chianti Classico Tour -  Basic (duration 9 hours) 
Departure at  7.30a.m. right in front of your ship at Livorno Port ,  heading toward the medieval town of san Gimignano.  Time to visit on your own San Gimignano (about  2 hours).
Stop at the restaurant / winery for  light lunch / lunch
Further driving trough the gorgeous Chianti countryside.
Stop  at a winery for visit to the cellars and for wine and olive oil tasting (about  1.30  hours)
Return to your ship docked at the port of Livorno around  5.00 – 5.30p.m.  driving trough the gorgeous Chianti countryside.
