RESERVATIONS
Bookings are confirmed on a “first-come first-served-basis”, therefore early reservations are recommended. However for my customers which are staying in Florence and its vicinities, my policy is not to require any pre-payment or deposit.
For customers instead that require the pick-up and drop-off in other areas like: Livorno, Siena, Pisa, Lucca etc. – a valid credit card number will be requested for guarantee but it won’t be accepted for payment.
Payment can be done solely CASH IN EURO at the end of the tour.

IMPORTANT ! Unfortunately every now and then I realize that I can’t deliver my e-mail to certain e-mail accounts (COMCAST.NET for example and others too) because my e-mail is refused as if it were “spam”. I always reply to your e-mails ! Therefore I invite you to add a telephone number or a cell phone number in case this mishap should occur.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
For services cancelled, the following charges will apply:
• up to 5 days NO penalty
• from 4 to 1 days prior - 50% of the total cost of services reserved
• In case of NO-SHOW the FULL COST of the service reserved will be charged on your credit card.
